One rule: no decision until we agree on what the business needs.

1. Understand. I learn how work, information and decisions move through your company today, and where AI would help and where it wouldn't.

2. Set the rules. We agree who is responsible for AI, what is allowed, what is too risky, and how your data stays protected.

3. Choose the order. We list what's worth doing and rank it by payoff, risk, and what depends on what. For each item we decide: build it, buy it, or wait. Often the best answer is to wait.

4. Bring your people along. A new tool only pays off if people use it. I work with your leaders and teams so the changes stick, and I keep your board informed in plain terms.
